The staff was helpful and kind, location is awesome, spacious room, clean rooms, friendly and communicative staff.

Wonderful experience at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the comfortable rooms. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Rome.

The hotel was excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a central location. The attention to detail in the recently renovated rooms was impressive, especially the good-sized bathroom with large windows that let in lots of natural light. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included a variety of delicious sweets.

During my recent stay over Christmas, there were a couple of things that I liked about this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights and attractions. Secondly, I appreciated the friendly staff at the reception. They were always willing to help and provide useful information about the city. Lastly, the free Wi-Fi in the room was a great advantage, allowing me to stay connected and plan my activities.

There were a few things that I disliked about my stay at this hotel. the room was not as expected.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Rome, just a short walk from the famous street Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps. It is also well connected to the airport, making it easy to access. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with coffee and croissants provided for a convenient start to the day. The cleaning staff does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and the staff is helpful and friendly.

There were some issues with the check-in process that left us feeling uncomfortable and the lack of hot water on the first night was frustrating.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, as it was in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of all of Rome's spectacular attractions. We were just minutes away from the iconic Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps. the hotel was conveniently situated near the famous street, via del Corso, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The attentive and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, as they were always available to help and provide information.The breakfast offered at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Although it consisted mainly of sweet options, such as cakes, bread with Nutella and jam, and croissants, it was a delightful start to our day.

Great location, close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Helpful staff, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. Good breakfast with savory options. Lift available for luggage.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. And thirdly, the rooms were recently renovated and I loved the large windows which allowed for plenty of natural light. The bathroom was also really good with all the necessary amenities provided. Finally, the breakfast included a delicious selection of sweets, perfect to start the day.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is situated close to most tourist spots in the city center. It's just a short distance away from major attractions such as the Spanish Steps and is conveniently located near bus stops and metro stations. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit different places. Additionally, the hotel staff were polite and helpful, providing great assistance during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay at Elite. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my trip. The breakfast options were good, although it could have had a little more variety. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and prime location.
